Travel Centers of America – Ash Fork, AZ

Completed in March 2025, this site is one of the largest and most complex TA’s in the United States. Featuring over 53 acres of site improvements, including 200+ tractor-trailer parking spaces, a driver's lounge, and a dog park. The centerpiece of the project is a 16,000-square-foot convenience store that houses three popular restaurants: Del Taco, KFC, and Sbarro Italian. The scope of work also includes extensive earth-moving operations, ADOT improvements, and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, as well as much-needed upgrades to the City of Ash Fork's water main lines. This project is the largest fueling center in Northern Arizona, contributing to the generation of hundreds of local jobs.
