Belfry Brewery
6,397 square foot tenant improvement of a former church to a restaurant and brewery. Due to the age of the building (100+ years), extensive structural work was required initially to stabilize much of the roof and load-bearing walls. The existing bell tower was fully renovated, and a functioning bell was installed. The upstairs restaurant was designed with a light color palette, while the downstairs brewery has a much “darker” atmosphere. In addition to the kitchen and brewery equipment, the building was also outfitted with a new outdoor deck, an elevator, and a dumbwaiter. Completed September, 2020.
