Peter Muscarella, President of Straightline Builders, Inc, founded the firm in 1997. Mr. Muscarella has been working in the Construction field since he was sixteen years old. Working weekends and summers for various construction companies proved to be the path that Peter would follow. Working as a Project Superintendent for a high end Custom Home Builder on the Central Coast of California gave him an unparalleled knowledge of the industry from the inside out. After acquiring his Construction Management degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo Mr. Muscarella worked for a Construction Company in Lompoc, California for five years. In this time, Pete was able to gain the experience of a seasoned Project Manager. Being the only Estimator / Project Manager the Firm had and handling the volume of eight to fifteen million dollars of work per year has been a major stepping stone into the vast construction knowledge he offers to all of Straightline Builders, Inc. Clients. In 1991, Mr. Muscarella started Straightline Construction a Custom Home Builder in San Luis Obispo County. Straightline Construction completed nine speculative houses ranging from 1,700 square feet to 5,800 square feet. In 1994 Mr. Muscarella relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona as a Project Manager for Westmont Industries, responsible for over two hundred million dollars worth of government contracts designing, manufacturing and installing Cranes primarily for the U.S. Navy. Pete has been able to take the attention to detail that is required for this work and offer it to all of his staff and Clients.
