The Lantern

In collaboration with Flagstaff Shelter Services, SBI completed the renovation of a former Motel 6 into a transitional housing facility. The project consisted of the rebuilding of all of the exterior landings/walkways, refurbishment of all exterior walls, an entirely new shingle roof, complete remodeling of 103 guest rooms, including the installation of new kitchenette units, and reconfiguration of the office and lobby, including all new finishes. Completed in November 2025.
