Flagstaff Mall & Marketplace at Flagstaff

New ground up construction for six adjoining retail spaces including a Best Buy, Cost Plus World Market, and Old Navy. Also, the ground up construction of a stand-alone Petco store. At Flagstaff Mall, we completed the construction of a primary entrance feature and the remodeling of the food court. Total project area was approximately 150,000 SF. Completed from 2003-2006.
