New construction of a ground-up 4,000-square-foot automated car wash facility. Total area of site work comprised 0.775 acres and included numerous vacuum stations. The car wash building includes the wash tunnel, equipment room, office, restrooms, and an external vending area. Consideration was given to building materials to withstand the Arizona sun effects and moisture-related impacts from the car wash. Completed December, 2021.
